Macs have lower TCO than PCs

MacsVsPcsLowerTCO

It is a known fact that Macintosh personal computers have lower TCO (Total Cost of Onanism) than PC personal computers. This is why:
  1. Macs include iPhoto for free where one has to buy Adobe Photoshop ($1,000 U.S.) on a PC.
  2. Macs include iTunes for free where it's not free on the PC.
  3. Macs include iMovie HD which can edit high-definition homo stag films where one has to pay $100,000 (U.S.) for an Avid system on the PC.
  4. Macs include GarageBand, to make pron music, for free. One can't even buy GarageBand for Windows PCs.
  5. Windows PC's useful life cycles are six months. Macs last at least six years.
  6. Macs don't have any viruses and other okama-ware. Virus software alone costs $50/month (U.S.) on Windows.
  7. iPods work better on Macs due to Apple's legendary software/hardware segregation.
  8. Macs don't send their technical support to Chindia.
So Macs cost $3,000 while a Windows PC costs $300, but in the end, the Windows box costs more because the initial price doesn't include the pain and suffering which precedes after buying the stoopid thing.

Comments:
1. Macs include iPhoto for free where one has to buy Adobe Photoshop ($1,000 U.S.) on a PC.

Bad example as both products are competely different. A person can also drop $1000 on Photoshop for the Mac. In terms of photo management and light retouching, Google's Picasa (FREE) is equivalent to iPhoto.

2. Macs include iTunes for free where it's not free on the PC.

Also untrue. iTunes is free on Windows; however, Apple has purposely made it run like a dog so that Windows users will migrate over and buy iMac minis. The same goes for Quicktime. Speaking of which...why do they charge you to watch videos fullscreen? That's haado gei!

3. Macs include iMovie HD which can edit high-definition homo stag films where one has to pay $100,000 (U.S.) for an Avid system on the PC.

As the french say, "We Surrender!" That said, you can pay $99 to get basic editing of HD stuff. Sonic's MyDVD Deluxe.

4. Macs include GarageBand, to make pron music, for free. One can't even buy GarageBand for Windows PCs.

We surrender...again!

5. Windows PC's useful life cycles are six months. Macs last at least six years.

Six months applies to early adopters like myself and not mainstream six-pack joes. For them, it's two years or so.

6. Macs don't have any viruses and other okama-ware. Virus software alone costs $50/month (U.S.) on Windows.

False. Both are equally suspect to having viruses, trojans, and spyware. Some of the best anti-spyware/virus software on Windows is free (see Windows Defender and Grisoft's AVG Free).

7. iPods work better on Macs due to Apple's legendary software/hardware segregation.

True. See above.

8. Macs don't send their technical support to Chindia.

No, instead, Apple brings the Chindians over to Cupertino and gives them H1-B visas.

Some day we will all use Macs. First Okama has to work on its 0.05% market share.
